International Sales Manager – ColoQuick

Your Role
As our new International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our global sales network, including close collaboration with our international sales representatives and distribution partners. Your mission will be to keep our partners and sales representatives motivated, aligned, and performing – while continuously identifying new opportunities and building long-term strategic relationships in existing and emerging markets.
You will report directly to our CEO and work closely with him, playing a key role in shaping ColoQuick’s continued international growth.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with our CMO to ensure that sales efforts are effectively supported by strong marketing initiatives, campaigns, and market positioning.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and motivate our sales representatives and partners.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across markets.
- Drive sales growth through strategic market development and partner acquisition.
- Ensure local partner performance through regular follow-up, sparring, and pipeline alignment.
- Represent ColoQuick at international fairs, partner visits, and training sessions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure market needs are met.
- Work closely with our CMO to align marketing and sales efforts across key markets.
Your Profile
- Solid experience in international B2B sales and sales leadership.
- Proven track record of working with and through international partners or distributors.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Solution-oriented, self-driven, and highly organized.
- Ability to plan and prioritize your own time and tasks effectively.
- Fluent in English – additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role.

Location
This is a remote-first position. You can be based either in Denmark or abroad, as long as you are ready to travel and maintain strong international presence.
